CaddyGo™ Terms of Service

CaddyGo™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is part of Go-Network. By using the CaddyGo website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or accessing any part of our platform.

1. Using CaddyGo

CaddyGo provides a platform that allows you to browse menus and place food and drink orders with participating golf clubs and venues. Orders may be fulfilled to a selected location, table or other designated area offered by the venue.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

You agree that any information you provide, including contact details, order details or selected fulfilment location, is accurate and up to date.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order through CaddyGo, you are purchasing directly from the participating venue. Prices, menu items, availability and fulfilment options are set by each venue.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Refunds or adjustments are handled by the venue fulfilling your order.

Preparation and fulfilment times are estimates and may vary depending on venue workload, availability, weather conditions or access to the selected location.

3. Location & Image Data

If you choose to use GPS search, you grant permission for the app to access your device’s approximate location. This is optional and controlled by your device settings.

If you upload images to the website or app, you acknowledge that embedded metadata, including GPS location data, may be extracted for security, fraud prevention or service optimisation.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to interfere with the service, submitting false information, placing fraudulent orders or engaging in behaviour that disrupts participating venues or their operations.

5. Service Availability

We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the platform for maintenance or improvements. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, network issues or venue availability.

6. Third-Party Venues

CaddyGo connects you with participating golf clubs and other independent venues. We are not responsible for:

• Food or drink preparation

• Order fulfilment or service quality

• Menu accuracy or availability

• Allergen or dietary information

• Venue-specific policies or operating procedures

Any issues with your order should be raised directly with the venue.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, content and platform features are owned by Go-Network unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaddyGo is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from incorrect location or order information

• Delays or failed order fulfilment

• Issues caused by participating venues

• Device, connectivity or network failures

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Account & Data

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Our use of your data is governed by the CaddyGo Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
